There is plenty of free parking space outside the building. You can also park at the back of the building, where there is a lovely café. When you arrive, take the stairs or elevator to the 1st floor, then head to Section B and follow the signs for the Wellbeing Hub. There’s a lovely waiting area with comfy sofas. Feel free to relax there until I come to greet you.

If you can’t find a time that suits you, just send me a quick text and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

And because Autumn is all about warmth and comfort, I’ve added something truly special to the menu, the Lava Shell Massage, 60 minutes for £60. These gently heated shells melt away tension and leave you feeling deeply relaxed, perfect for the colder months.
